Hi,

Thank you for your response. What I really want to do is to use the JVLC
library in order to develop a Java application with an embedded VLC media
player, so...

- Is the jar file in the JVLC site the library to be used?
- Do I need to get the git snapshot and compile it to get the library to be
used?

I tried to use the old JVLC library some months ago with no success but it
has an executable component so that's why I tried to run the new one (BTW,
yes, I missed the -jar option... U_U).

Thank you for your time,
Javi
