[vlc-devel] Call NEWS and THANKS

Hello,

With the release coming quickly, we have to update the NEWS and THANKS
text files.

So, if you think about something that was added in 0.9.0 and is not in
NEWS, please say so.
Same, if you are (or know) someone who helped the VLC development and is
not in the THANKS file, please say so too.
