[vlc-devel] rtsp.c and clients timeout

Hi

I think there is no client timeout handling in vlc rtsp server.
So when a client is not there anymore, vlc keep sending UDP packets over and
over.

I am writing a patch to handle this, but before going further, could you tell me
if I am going in the right direction with this attached patch.
