[vlc-devel] libvlc and vlc compilation in Windows

I don't think anybody has ever compiled libvlc and vlc using Visual Studio.

As noted on this page using Visual Studio is not advise.
A quick search in the forum will turn up a few messages that state that it
is not possible at all.

I am no expert, but wanted to give you a quick response. Maybe others will
have more details than I.
