[vlc-devel] Win32CompileMSYS

As you might have read on the wiki page, the recommended way to compile
VLC natively is Cygwin.

It does build without too many problems, but the wiki is a bit out of
date.

Having someone build VLC under MSVC has not been heard since some time,
but shouldn't be impossible if you are a MSVC hackerz, and if you don't
try to rebuild the contribs, but use the contribs done by the VideoLAN
Team... However, we don't know any MSVC hackerz able to do that.
