Unfortunately, from this debug log, I can't really see what the problem is.

Could you please send another log, this time showing the actual 
presentation times themselves for each stream - not 'diffs'.

It would be useful to see not just that 
"hasBeenSynchronizedUsingRTCP()" is true, but for which particular 
track (mp4a or avc1) it is true.
