Ok i've found the source of the problem and i'm commiting the fix.
But I haven't update the vlc.pot yet as i'll try to fix problem 3
before.

Those are strings from within the QT4 library itself. The code to pick
the translations from qt is there. we just need to fix the .zip for
windows to include those files.

Ah I knew about that but I forget to solve it.
It's a bit tricky because we're abusing the system with the way we pick
the strings from the .ui.
I think that if before 0.9.0-test3 i have no proper solution, i will
edit the vlc.pot by hand.
