Sorry, there has been a unequaled amount of patches, announces of patches,
resent patches, patching patches, fixing patches over the last few weeks. I
lost track.

If _you_ are the sole copyright holder of the involved code, then of course
you can relicense it and there is no need to refer to the GStreamer origin
or anything. But would I know?
