Miguel was working on it, but he didn't finished yet and he said that he
hadn't the time soon...
Key2, on IRC, was also working on it, especially since he made a library
to deal with RTMP output and the new handshakes needed for latest
flash9.

So, some people were working on it, but so far, it isn't
finished/working. You might contact them.
