We (@ the BBC) have paid the SMPTE for the 'drac' codec type but it is taking
time for them to process. Our ffmpeg patches are not being accepted until the
SMPTE have got their act together :(

Registrations for 'drac' are also pending for ISO and QuickTime via http://mp4ra.org
