[vlc-devel] Is this the place for GSoC?

No, I am not applying :) I am not eligible anyway.

Last year, applications where made through Google. And I am not sure we
want to overload vlc-devel with these things... ? Besides, it should make
it easier to avoid late applicants cut&pasting earlier ones (which would be
very unfair).
