[vlc-devel] File dumping for PSNR computation

PSNR calculation should be possible even with missing frames (at least when we did PSNR calculation in Uni we randomly removed some packets using rtp_loss from JM Reference software to simulate errors and most of time we got PSNR from decoder). "previous frame can be redisplayed" approach is problematic if you lose your first frame (usually a I-frame), what are you going to display in that case?
