[vlc-devel] libvlc_media_descriptor_add_option and :vout-filter problem

If the current behaviour of recycling vout as much as possible is
wanted, could you leave the default behavior as it is now but provide
an API call so that we can overide it? If I know I am changing the
filter configuration, I could call an API function that would set a
flag to not recycle for the next play. Would something along those
lines be acceptable?
