[vlc-devel] pixel doubling and backlight blanking with xvideo on maemo platforms

I noted that "modules/video_output/x11/xcommon.c" already implements the 
pixel doubling function and the backlight blanking function when the 
osso context is detected (maemo paltforms).

These two functions are common to the x11 and xvideo outputs, so they 
should be available regardless of the one used, however I noted that 
they are active only with x11 which is rather boring given that the 
better output is clearly the xvideo.

The problem is in the configure.ac file, please find the corrective patch.
