This patch will fix the PSP and ipod trancoding profiles in QT4 interface. 

PSP had completely wrong options before, now they are correct. (at least I think so, I don't have PSP for testing)

ipod I tested, and it produces working files.

Profiles can now do width and canvas-height instead of scale. Currently I added these options to PSP and ipod profiles, because these devices have resolution limits.

Best way would be adding those resolution selection options to GUI (near scale) but I am not a GUI designer so I won't do it.
