I Think that PSP/iPod should use h264 as vcodec.

iPod and PSP (and eg. mobile phones) have certain level limits in h264
too, so it would require some stuff to set level too.

I can dig up some psp to test on next week.

I think that width/canvas-height is better than scale to use there, but
it's just my opinion.

Thou that patch has some odd From-header as sender, could you please fix
that.
