Yes.

As you read ffmpeg-devel too, you must be aware
they are not willing to fix this in their tree.

I sent patches to lame and faac projects. But 
looking at faac commits in the last 6 months...
i don't have much hope getting the fixes released
soon.

I noticed you deactivated c99 for ffmpeg win32 build
anyway.
