Well, we can fix that in patching the contribs... This is not the first
time we would do it...

However, most libraries I know, and VLC use a LOT the #ifdef WIN32 and
not #ifdef _WIN32...

I don't really know what we should do then... Maybe -std=gnu99 when
using mingw.
