I believe this is what was fixed by either Laurent's commit, or by mine.

I have not tested the simple teletext subtitle decoder for a while  
now. I'll take a look.
I'm not sure if the zvbi decoder is enabled in windows, i believe jb  
said it was quite difficult to compile on Windows.
