[vlc-devel] ASF muxer in VLC

Hi RAIHA,

        Thanks RAIHA, Yes i know that there are some Gstreamer plugins already available for ASF muxers such as ffmpegs ffmux_asf, And 
gstasfmux.c which is there in gst-plugins.
        But i observed few issues with them they were not soo suitable for WMP player.And they were not able to mux the audio video combinations as i mentioned earlier.

        I have been looking and modifying both of the gstreamer plug-ins. To overcome those issues with WMP player i thought of VLC's ASF muxer could be helpful.
Thats why thougt to investigate about VLC asf muxers.

If you know both Gstreamer and VLC plugin architectures well, it should doable. If you don't, it will take some time. 

But there seems to be ASF muxer for Gstreamer already.
