 It is not possible/easier, the interface is not always the window provider
but we(I) still want the FSC to show up.
 Anyway it actually works pretty well and isn't complicated. qt4 gui
simply add/del a callback on "fullscreen" state when a vout is
created/destroyed and ... that's it.
