[vlc-devel] [PATCH] : Use Internet explorer entered proxy server address.

If the new option introduced by the attached patch, http-use-IE-proxy, 
is enable, the http access module uses the Internet Explorer entered 
HTTP proxy server configuration for all URL.
But, it doesn't take into account bypasses settings or auto 
configuration scripts.
This patch, attached to an old trac ticket, could be useful for the 
ActiveX plugin.
