Sorry but
RTP is not the same as RTP / Transport Stream
(TS over RTP is discouraged)
and
UDP usually is UDP / Transport Stream.

Could it be a mistake?

Sorry, if I'm wrong, I'm only speaking seeing the path and it doesn't
seems right to me.
