Removed opengl provider for this reason? Well, I can always test. I have
projectM working on vlc since August.

I can confirm, libprojectM 2.0.0 and 1.2.0 works on win32 and win64
1.0-bugfix and master, it is only a matter of person who isn't capable
building/simple patching, libprojectM. All this is very very easy and
simple to do, as well as fluidsynth which I have it running before the
guy doing the contrib done it. In my scripts that is.
