Hello Felix,

On my point of view its not  a good idea to skip

export CFLAGS="-arch *" 
export CXXFLAGS="-arch *" 
export LDFLAGS="-arch *" 
export OBJCFLAGS="-arch *"

Without, my system will get confused and secondary its the most proper way to initialize the environment.
