With scaling, video is at original size in the center of the screen
surrounded by back screen.
This patch extends it so that pressing 'z' will allow to choose O.5,
1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.0 * original size.
In other words, users can select resolution that best fits their ocular
sensitivity !

Good question, there may be cases (vout-filters) where this should be
looked at a bit further. But, if you have a closer look at it, there are
some remnants that make today's code hazardous any way ... (cf
vout_Request function).
What I try to avoid is too frequent switching back and forth between
windowed and fullscreen modes that can in most cases be worked out.

Sorry if that hurt! :(
Is there a way to avoid attached patches appearing on the web
(http://mailman.videolan.org ..) in a weird format? That seems to
clutter the web page for nothing ?
