They're not the only ones, sadly[1]. But, it brings up a question:
What do you propose to do about it?


[1] The videolan.pro site comes to mind. That they managed to get their
    registration through the vetting process (the selling point of the
    .pro domain) says something about the trustworthyness of the .pro
    business.
