[vlc-devel] Compiling 1.0.0 for Windows

Ok, basically, the issues are that the wrong autotools are taken.
You can chekc it by using aclocal --version.
You need to go to /usr/local/bin, and make the symlinks for most tools
like this
ln -sf aclocal-2.61 aclocal
