No! The _RTSP_ 1.0 protocol is fundamentally incompatible with IPv6.

VLC has supported _RTP_ over IPv6 (multicast or unicast) for years.
But of course, _RTSP_ over IPv6 is not supported since there is no standard
for it (yet).
