Find the file at http://people.videolan.org/~xtophe/l10n/gv.po 

You can use poEdit or LoKalise to edit the file. Make sure to use UTF-8
as encoding.

Once you've done a bit you can send me the file or put it online and
send the link to vlc-devel at videolan.org
