Right. I did not mean to offend you. My sincere apologies. The point is
that URI encoding is not as simple a problem as many people seem to think
it is, and trying to "fix" it when you don't know how it's supposed to work
is bound to fail badly.

Many people have tried to fix it with hacks here and there. It always ended
up fixing some use cases at the expense of others. As such, I have grown a
certain level of frustration with this.
