[vlc-devel] commit: l10n: first update of the German translation ( Felix Paul Kühne )

Ok, I found some really weird translations - it seems that the english
equivalent has change enormously or the translater was pretty drunk at
that time :D - but most of these "unclear" strings are already
corrected :)
I think that the rest will bei done by the end of next week and that a
stable VLC 1.0 will ship with a complete german translation :)
