some Windows software (specially Microsoft Office family) wants the default file associations to be type shell Open, not shell Play like currently in VLC.

This patch changes nsis installer build file to follow the shell Open example. 

This is double blind patch so I haven't tested building the installer (I don't have environment ready ATM) nor I have tested the effect (I don't have any Microsoft Office software and I don't use VLC exe installer).
