That's exactly the problem. It used to be 1234 in the past and port 5004
was never used since Open Network tab was overriding it back to 1234.
Also the RTP streaming tab uses 1234 for TS-muxed output.

People doing something with VLC have already configured their firewalls
etc for port 1234, therefore a sudden change to 5004 will trigger unwanted
surprises.
