I tried with provider name from SDT. Canalsat seems to use "CSAT" on all
channels, so this might work. However, Digital+ uses different provider
name on almost every channel. Yet worse, SKY/Premiere uses "SKY" or empty
string (!) in that field.

Another piece of information is TV station name. Checking this is IMHO
a no-go, since this list will surely grow to 100+ stations and will
tend to change over time.

And all this is just about DVB-S feeds.
