[vlc-devel] XPI plugin bundle and win32

This is the second take at getting the mozilla plugin work when bundled
as xpi.

I eventually managed to get the cross toolchan installed so I could try
myself (using wine) and seems to work as should. It discovers the plugin
path correctly.

The simplest bundle should have this layout:

./install.rdf <- xml manifest like the attached one (the email should be
changed)
./plugins/ <- unpack vlc here and put the npvlc.dll

It will look in npvlc.dll path+"/plugins/" for the plugins modules, the
patch has some debug printfs so if you run firefox from console it will
tell which is the path in use.

I'll check if the macosx patch works soonish. If you think supporting
the other platform could be useful it could be done using the way used
for macosx.
