[vlc-devel] XPI plugin bundle and win32

Updated to have a end-make target package-win32-xpi, the macosx version
got fixed by Diego Petteno` since I couldn't get vlc built on my macosx.

now issuing

make all
make package-win32-xpi

will generate the xpi package.

Hopefully I'll complete the testing on macosx and the package target for
macosx soon.
