[vlc-devel] XPI bundle for win32 and macosx [Was: XPI plugin bundle and win32]

Here follows the cumulative patch to make XPI bundles for macosx and
win32, the makefile targets are package-win32-xpi and package-macosx-xpi

they work the same way the other package-* targets.

the produced xpi had been tested on wine and macosx 10.6
