[vlc-devel] Need some help in using libvlc.dll

Hi All,
    I'm new to the whole VLC thingy. I need to use libvlc to receive HTTP
streamed data, transcode it in a different resolution and send it out as RTP
stream.
    Could anybody help - that how can i start. I dont see any good docs that
can help me using the vlc library apis.

    If possible, please also tell me the functions that i can use for
transcoding and sending out RTP.
