[vlc-devel] RFC : vod module unload

Hi,

I found a deadlock when the vod module is unloaded.
Currently, vod module is loaded in VLM as soon as a vod item is added, and
unloaded when vod item count reach 0.
Would it be ok to unload this module only when vlm is closed ? It would solve
the deadlock.
I am already doing this in my own branch of vlc, because I add and remove vod
items often, and I don't want to unload/reload this module each time.
