[vlc-devel] [PATCH]QT4(Win32): Support record button found in MCE remotes

MCE remotes have some keys that aren't currently bind in QT4 interface
(Win32). Since my remote is missing this particular key, I didn't test this
(it does compile OK and VLC starts :).

We could also do something with channel up and channel down buttons.
