Are those duplicate or not?
Wich one to update?

Should I start a new one with sample file exposing the issue:
ftp://streams.videolan.org/incoming/upload/uploads/
3V+23A=VODUnit_20091217_09010800_09021200.wmv <= ASF
3V+23A=VODUnit_20091217_09010800_09021200.mp4 <= 3GPPv6
3V+1A=VODUnit_20091217_09010500_09021500_FR.mp4 <= 3GPPv6
Ticket #2407 (new enhancement): Ask for a feature to only start one video...
(I believe it is a bug)
Ticket #2653 (new defect): jb say it is "as usual" and pretend "The issue is
there is no way in the GUI to select only one."

It is actually possible to disable (and re-enable) all the video trac, one
by one... even the last one (and on a MAC you even loose the window when you
remove the last one).

Is there any reason why the behaviour+GUI for multiple video track is
different from the behaviour for multiple audio track?

It seems that with audio, running multiple track would mean mixing them,
where for video you can open multiple windows.
