Depends on the way the issue should be looked. Since AFAIK this is a feature, the defect should be marked as duplicate and point to feature request.

Multiple video tracks are less common than video tracks. And AFAIK all video tracks shown by default is feature of VLC core and since there isn't any control method for this, it isn't trivial to fix this from GUI side.
