[vlc-devel] [PATCH] fix build with taglib 1.6

Hi everyone,

here is a patch against vlc git that modifies the taglib check. The
header mp4coverart.h was added after taglib 1.6. taglib 1.6 and older
had support for mp4, but not for the cover art, so the build would
fail.
