[vlc-devel] vlc 1.1.0-rc on windows

Hi all,

when trying to generate the windows binary (Windows/Cygwin or Linux/MingW) the following file is missing:
include/vlc_windows_interfaces.h

Thus compilation fails in modules/gui/qt4...
