[vlc-devel] Current master doesn't compile on an intel Mac

Hi,

The commit 3953586c057cb4cbecb2c5d5aa7631ec17e40d1f seems to break Mac compilation for me, because it tries to call sysctlbyname which is defined in <sys/sysctl.h> header, but that header is only included for PPC macs for some reason. A very straightforward patch that fixed the issue for me is included.
