[vlc-devel] Translations for VLC media player 1.1.0

Hello,

The section at http://nightlies.videolan.org/#debian is still unfixed.  
PLEASE either fix the nigthly builds for Debian/Ubuntu or replace the  
section with details about how do install the snapshot grom Git in  
Debian/Ubuntu.

It's hard to get new translators to replace me when the steps to  
translate and test translations are misleading..
