No, Phonon works correctly and setting NULL as a name makes
Pulseaudio find the right translated name, even through Phonon.
The question was more about why this trick doesn't work for normal vlc...
Whatever, there is a shortcoming in VLC here, and that would be cool in
the future if this could be fixed.
