[vlc-devel] 1.1.4 runtime audio issue

If faad works and libavcodec doesn't, I would guess there is either bug in
libavcodec (or maybe some flag that it doesn't support) or that the stream
is somewhat against the specs. You can verify that it is a libavcodec issue
by using some other player that use libavcodec (like ffplay). If you can
replicate the issue with another libavcodec player, you should contact
libavcodecs devs and share them a sample file that can be used to replicate
the issue.
