[vlc-devel] Win7 compatibility

Hello,

As you might know, or not, VLC has the
"Compatible with Microsoft Windows 7" logo. The certification was run
against VLC 1.0.2 and is valid for all 1.x version of the software...

Seeing how the last part is intellectually dishonnest, because of our
numbering version scheme, I've re-run the tests on a 1.1.5 and we still
pass it, with warnings:

You might not care though :)
